Ed Gow

With over three decades of diverse professional experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. As a Career Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur’s Source, I empower clients to realize their dreams of self-sufficiency through education, awareness, and discovery. My approach fosters a safe environment where clients can clarify their personal goals and evaluate their options without pressure.

My career journey began in sports and entertainment, where I held significant leadership roles, including Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Director of Ticket Operations for the Utah Jazz (NBA), management positions with the Denver Nuggets (NBA) and Colorado Avalanche (NHL) and senior executive positions at Major League Baseball’s (MLB) Tickets.com subsidiary. These experiences honed my skills in client engagement, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

In the process of making my own transition to “Career 2.0” from Corporate America to Franchise Owner, I recognized the many exciting opportunities for self-employment and discovered the incredible success rates with reasonable investments. It was this journey that led me to join The Entrepreneur’s Source as a Career Ownership Coach, where I help others revisit their long-term goals, by guiding them in a no-cost, no-obligation environment to explore opportunities that may allow them to achieve the Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity that many have not considered. I understand the mindset and concerns in making the transition to entrepreneurship and I will work attentively with you to explore your best career alternatives, including funding options.

Why did I choose business ownership?

After 31 years in Corporate America, facing burnout and challenging corporate politics, I sought a more personally fulfilling career path. My transformative experience as a client of The Entrepreneur’s Source inspired my wife and me to own a multiple-territory franchise, reigniting my passion for work. Now, I use my extensive corporate experience, insights from exploring business ownership, and the tools I’ve developed to guide others through career transitions and entrepreneurial ventures.

As a Career Ownership Coach, I have successfully guided hundreds of clients through significant career transitions and helped them gain a greater understanding of their own goals, needs, and expectations, while learning about the opportunities that are available through business ownership.

My own journey into entrepreneurship began through a Career Ownership Coach, who helped my wife, Andrea and I identify an opportunity that was optimal for us.  Following our experience, I wanted to share my journey and help others by joining The Entrepreneur’s Source.  Clients frequently commend my empathetic and insightful approach, which helps them identify their true goals and motivations.  My ability to provide a safe, pressure-free environment for exploration has led to transformative experiences, such as uncovering hidden strengths, gaining clarity on career aspirations, and discovering franchise opportunities that align with personal values.  My coaching style fosters long-lasting growth and development, ensuring clients are well-prepared for their next professional chapter.
